It was a great experience during this course, under the expertise of the teachers. I got to know many issues of women like infertility, menstrual problems and many more. Also I learned YTTC, and Garbhasanskar, prenatal & postnatal yoga asanas and holistic care. I really benefited from this course and got to share this knowledge with my students.
