Dr. Sushama is a highly accomplished and passionate yoga professional with an impressive academic and professional background. Qualified as an Assistant Professor through the prestigious UGC-NET (University Grant Commission), she holds a Master’s degree in Yoga Shastra along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Yogic Science, a Foundation Course in Yoga, and the Madhyama Yoga Siksha teacher training certification. Her expertise is further validated by her certifications as a Yoga Teacher Level-2 and Evaluator Level-3, awarded by the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India. With this strong foundation, she brings a perfect blend of traditional wisdom and modern teaching techniques to every session.
Recognized for her exceptional contribution to the field of yoga, Dr. Sushama has been honored with the prestigious ‘Yoga Shri’ award by the Indian Young Olympian Federation and Patanjali College of Yoga and Research Centre. She also serves as a Lead Yoga Examiner under AYUSH (YCB), Government of India, showcasing her authority and leadership in yoga education. The World Meditation day celebrated in our institute with enthusiasm. It was a wonderful experience for all of us. Thanking Sushma maam for giving me such an opportunity to conduct meditation session. I could attend Sweta pujari, kunjan pauls session they did well. Manisha jis Tratak was excellent. It was a evening time n felt calmness spreading allover while doing tratak. Hemalata sharma jis patanjali dhyan was great. Her soothing peace ful voice was perfect for dhyan.
Felt very relaxed and happy during the meditation session held by yoga teacher Reena Rana.
She was too good, guided very well throughout the session.
