Qualified as an Assistant Professor through the prestigious UGC-NET (University Grant Commission), she holds a Master’s degree in Yoga Shastra along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Yogic Science, a Foundation Course in Yoga, and the Madhyama Yoga Siksha teacher training certification. Her expertise is further validated by her certifications as a Yoga Teacher Level-2 and Evaluator Level-3, awarded by the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India. With this strong foundation, she brings a perfect blend of traditional wisdom and modern teaching techniques to every session.
