Qualified as an Assistant Professor through the prestigious UGC-NET (University Grant Commission), she holds a Master’s degree in Yoga Shastra along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Yogic Science, a Foundation Course in Yoga, and the Madhyama Yoga Siksha teacher training certification. Her expertise is further validated by her certifications as a Yoga Teacher Level-2 and Evaluator Level-3, awarded by the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India. With this strong foundation, she brings a perfect blend of traditional wisdom and modern teaching techniques to every session.
Recognized for her exceptional contribution to the field of yoga, Dr. Sushama has been honored with the prestigious ‘Yoga Shri’ award by the Indian Young Olympian Federation and Patanjali College of Yoga and Research Centre. I Joined Aarambh Yoga Institute on 26th August for a 6 months level 1&2 course. It took about 1 month for me to get the rhythm. After that it was classes practicals and towards the end Yoga Camp.
