Equilibrate Ida–Pingala via Nadi Shodhana, with mindful Chin Mudra awareness.

DAY 4

Boost alertness and vitality using Bhastrika (20 strokes × 3 rounds), plus gentle rest.

DAY 5

Day 5: Cooling Breath

Soothe the mind-body with Sheetali & Sheetkari techniques and crisp meditation.

DAY 6

Day 6: Sound & Vibration

Harness inner calm with Bhramari and Shanmukhi Mudra, leading to silent introspection.

DAY 7

Day 7: Ujjayi Breath

Activate the vagus nerve and deepen the meditative state with Ujjayi and OM meditation.

DAY 8

Day 8: Daily Flow Integration

Sequence: Kapalabhati → Nadi Shodhana → Bhramari → OM to establish home routine.

DAY 9

Day 9: Therapeutic Applications

Target stress, digestion, hypertension, anxiety, and asthma with modified techniques.

DAY 10

Day 10: Integration & Gratitude

Enjoy a full 30-min pranayama session, closing with meditation, feedback, and certification.

Her expertise is further validated by her certifications as a Yoga Teacher Level-2 and Evaluator Level-3, awarded by the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India.
