This One Month Course comprises the basic roots of Yoga, its origin & practices which includes yoga techniques like – Asanas, Pranayama, Shatkriyas & Meditation. The Main Objective of this course is to enable an individual to practice yoga techniques on their own to achieve a healthy mind, body & soul.
After Completing This Course, one will be able to learn and teach the basics of Yoga and also Spread wellness with yoga for the welfare of society leading to a healthier individual as well as society.
