As participants in the All India Yogasana Competition, we encourage adherence to the fundamental principles of yoga:
Ahimsa (Non-violence): Compete with respect and avoid harm in thoughts, words, and actions.
Satya (Truthfulness): Maintain honesty and integrity in performance and judging.
Asteya (Non-stealing): Uphold originality and fairness in competition.
Brahmacharya (Discipline & Moderation): Stay focused, balanced, and dedicated in preparation and practice.
Aparigraha (Non-possessiveness): Embrace the spirit of learning and self-improvement over mere winning.
I was enrolled in YPC-3 course, December 2023 to January 2024. It was a very useful course in which we learnt correct techniques for doing various Asanas, Pranayams, Dhyan & Yogmudra. Also learnt lot of theory which helped to understand importance & science behind yogic practices.
Highly recommend Aarambh Yoga Institute to those who aspire to be a yoga teacher. Yoga teachers training course + YCB Level 2 - yoga wellness instructor course is the best for any beginner. The learning journey has been extremely smooth. The teachers are excellent. Never known yoga the way I know it now. The journey began with Aarambh... And to be continued...
