The Teacher training online course by Aarambh Yoga Institute was really very helpful for me…. I remember my first day in the online course, I was very scared and I didn’t knew that how will I understand everything as I was not experienced in this field…. But today, after 6 months I am very confident and also knowledged… All credit goes to Prof. Sushama Maurya and all teachers… They all taught so well… I will always be grateful to you all… ????????❤️
